ROLLING LINE
Built for the Ones Who Keep It Moving
Rolling Line exists because this industry deserves better.
Better compliance support. Better gear. Better resources. Better tools. And a brand that actually understands the work because it came from inside it — not from someone who saw a market opportunity and decided trucking would be a good place to sell things.
Casey and Shane Watson built Rolling Line because they watched too many good operators get hurt by things nobody told them before it was too late. And because every time they looked at the gear available for the people who drive this country forward they saw the same two things — cheap loud graphics that do not hold up or generic apparel with no real identity.
The trucking industry keeps the entire country running. The people in it work harder than most people will ever understand. They deserve compliance support that actually knows what it is doing. And they deserve gear that reflects the work instead of distracting from it.
That is Rolling Line.
WHO WE ARE
Rolling Line was founded by Casey and Shane Watson.
Casey has 20 years of hands-on trucking compliance experience. She currently manages compliance for 120 plus active clients across every type of commercial operation — owner-operators, small fleets, hot shot carriers, bus charters, logging companies, and long-haul operations. She has direct relationships with DOT officials and state-level employees. She has fixed broken authorities, caught regulatory changes before they became penalties, verified hundreds of suspicious mail pieces, and walked operators through new entrant safety audits that felt impossible before they became manageable.
Casey also holds a bachelor's degree in psychology and a master's degree in marriage and family therapy. That background shapes everything about how Rolling Line communicates. Before expertise comes empathy. Before information comes acknowledgment that this is genuinely hard and that making mistakes does not make you a bad operator. It makes you human.
Shane is the technology half of Rolling Line. He is building the SaaS platform that will bring compliance management, IFTA reporting, dispatch, invoicing, year-end tax preparation, and driver support tools into one place for operators who are tired of running their business across multiple apps and a shoebox of receipts.
Casey's mother brings 40 years of industry knowledge and serves as Rolling Line's compliance authority. Three generations of expertise — spanning four decades of regulatory changes, technological shifts, and industry evolution — inform everything Rolling Line builds and every piece of advice we give.
WHAT WE DO
Rolling Line serves owner-operators, small fleets, and blue-collar professionals through three connected offerings.
Compliance Guides and Digital Products
We build compliance guides, toolkits, and reference resources that give operators the knowledge they need to protect their business from day one. First Year Free and Clear is our flagship — a complete compliance roadmap for new owner-operators built from 60 years of real industry experience. Seven modules, eight companion documents, and audio introductions covering everything from your first filing deadlines to your new entrant safety audit.
Additional products are in development. Buyers of Rolling Line digital products receive early access and preferred pricing on everything we release.
Compliance Services
For operators who want a professional actively managing their compliance — handling IFTA filings, IRP renewals, UCR registration, Clearinghouse queries, permit renewals, regulatory monitoring, suspicious mail verification, and more — Rolling Line compliance services are available for operators at every stage of growth.
We currently serve 120 plus active clients and we bring direct relationships with DOT officials and state-level employees to every account we manage. We also handle complete new authority setup through our partnership with Authority Permits and Compliance — LLC formation, USDOT and MC number applications, BOC-3 filings, and all foundational compliance registration.
Getting your authority set up correctly from the beginning is one of the most important things you can do for your business. We make sure it is done right.
A Note on How Our Compliance Services Work Right Now
Rolling Line compliance services are currently provided through our partner company Authority Permits and Compliance, operated by Casey's mother who brings 40 years of industry experience to every client she serves. Services are currently available on an a la carte basis — meaning you pay for the specific services you need rather than a bundled monthly package. Whether that is a single IFTA filing, an IRP renewal, a new authority setup, or ongoing compliance management, you only pay for what applies to your operation.
This structure is intentional for right now. Every operator's needs are different and we believe you should not pay for services that do not apply to you.
When the Rolling Line SaaS platform launches compliance management will be integrated directly into the platform as an optional add-on feature. Operators who want professional compliance handling built into their platform experience will be able to activate it for an additional cost alongside their platform subscription. This gives you the flexibility to manage your own compliance through the platform tools or to have the Rolling Line team handle it for you — whichever makes more sense for your operation and your bandwidth.
Current a la carte compliance clients will receive transition details and preferred pricing options when the platform launches. If you are already working with us nothing changes until you choose to change it.

Rolling Line Gear
This is not loud overdesigned trucking merch. And it is not built for trends.
It is built for the people who live it.
Most gear in this space falls into one of two categories. Cheap loud graphics that do not hold up. Or generic apparel with no real identity. We saw the gap and we built something different.
Rolling Line gear is designed to bring a cleaner more elevated standard to blue-collar apparel — something you can wear on the road, off the clock, and anywhere in between. Hats, tees, hoodies, and functional accessories created with a focus on simplicity, durability, and real-world use.
No gimmicks. No clutter. No chasing trends. Just clean design, quality materials, and products that make sense for the lifestyle.
Because the people who keep this country moving deserve gear that represents them correctly. Not gear that performs for someone who has never sat in the cab.
The Rolling Line SaaS Platform
Shane is building the platform that automates everything operators are currently managing manually. Compliance calendars. IFTA record-keeping. Year-end tax preparation. Invoicing. Dispatch. AI driver assistance for real-time parking. Document scanning and storage. Everything in one place built specifically for the trucking industry.
It is coming soon. Waitlist members receive early access and founding member pricing. Join the waitlist at shoprollingline.com.
OUR PHILOSOPHY
We are not trying to be the biggest. We are building something better.
Better means compliance support from people who actually know this industry from the inside — not people who learned it from a textbook or a YouTube channel. Better means gear designed with the same no-nonsense standard that the people wearing it apply to everything else in their lives. Better means technology built for the way operators actually work — not the way a software company imagines they do.
The trucking industry is the backbone of American commerce. The people in it work harder, sacrifice more, and receive less recognition than almost any other profession in this country. Rolling Line exists to serve them at every level — from the compliance filing that protects their authority to the hoodie they wear when they finally get home.
This is not just about looking the part. It is about representing it correctly.
A NOTE FROM CASEY
I got into compliance work because I genuinely love it. There is something deeply satisfying about watching an operator go from panicked and confused to confident and organized. About catching a regulatory change before it costs someone thousands of dollars. About picking up the phone when someone got a scary letter and telling them in 30 seconds whether it is real or a scam.
My mom has been doing this for 40 years. She taught me that compliance is not just paperwork — it is the legal infrastructure that protects the business an operator risked everything to build. Treat it that way and you build something lasting. Ignore it and you spend your second year fixing your first.
Shane and I built Rolling Line because we believe in what this industry is. The people who drive these trucks keep this country running. They deserve a compliance partner who actually knows what they are talking about, actually picks up the phone, and actually watches out for them. And they deserve gear that reflects who they are without trying to be something they are not.
That is what we are building. We are glad you are here.
